Meet Susan Slavik, Your Agent in Placer County Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Roseville-Granite Bay A Realtor in the dynamic Roseville/Granite Bay office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Susan works hard to provide excellent service for her clients and applies her knowledge of the local communities and their unique offerings to meet the needs of her clients. As a Placer County native, Susan attended Oakmont High School in Roseville and then The University of the Pacific in Stockton where she graduated with a business degree with a concentration of marketing from their School of Business and Public Administration. After having worked in Boston and San Francisco for almost 7 years, Susan opened her own home décor business & remodeled several houses in Marin, and flipped a few of her own in the meantime. Susan is currently an active member of Placer County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. After 20+ years, Susan has moved home and to the county she loves to be closer to her family and raise her children. When she isn’t on the road selling real estate, you will find Susan on her small ranch in Penryn with her family, friends and animals. She is the co-president of the PTC at H.Clarke Powers School in Loomis and a Youth Project Leader for 4H of which she and her family are very active.
