Even though breaking my ankle slowed me down it did not stop me. I've been able to close a deal, have my house go pending, get another client in escrow and looking to put an offer in for another. That's on top of a house renovation!

Our remodel has hit the brakes for the time being, but I'm still working the real estate life pretty good. I've managed to do a foundation inspection with this beauty the day after I broke my ankle! Tell me I don't work hard for my clients 😎 and currently in the home stretch to close escrow for my clients next week!!! My last clients are working hard to make their home purchase more their style. Stay tuned for an update on them and their happy home with some before and after pictures! Lastly just picked up a new client and I'm super excited to be working for her!!! Day 4
I was most excited to take down the cabinets in the kitchen on our agenda for the day and it did not disappoint. But oh boy was it gross under the appliances. Kitchen update is that the appliances are out, upper and lower cabinets removed, and half the wall came down. Still more deciding on how to configure so more wall might come down. So happy with how open it looks already. Finished getting the rest of the linoleum out of the kitchen that was under the appliances and cabinets and the little patch in the front entry way. So not fun getting that stuff up. Finished gutting the hall bathroom by tearing down all the drywall and chipping up the last of the tile. Removed all door casings. Took down vents and started to remove face plates to all the outlets and switches. Cleaned the place up and finished the day with two cold beers, we earned it. Our heap in the garage to take to the dump is getting bigger and bigger.

Day 3
Rory made a baby gate out of a door so we can keep the kids safe and out of the way. They are liking the more space to run around. Finished gutting the master bathroom. Made more progress in the hall bathroom. Finished getting all the lanoleom out of the kitchen except for what is under the cabinets and appliances. Lastly went in the attic to better see what the kitchen is more capable of turning into. The possibility are making me happy! Love the progress we are making.

Day 2
Began with removing all nails from where the baseboards came off and the nails from where the tack strips were removed. Small progress in removing the lanoleom in the kitchen where we discovered it's doubled up. Big progres in gutting the master bathroom. Lastly some progress in gutting the hall bathroom. In the midst of all the demo work we had to take a cookie break. So happy to have the sweetest hardworking little boy. He's always willing and wanting to help.

Day 1
Consisted of shopping for some tools and setting up. We gatherer left behind belongings, ripped out carpet and padding. All bedroom and closet doors were taken down. Also, started taking up unneeded tack strips and nails. Looking forward to more heavy duty demolition coming up. And man my kids were amazing. Self entertained and little man was a big helper.

So currently I have clients in escrow, I have my own house listed, and yesterday took on fixing up my next house. Stay tuned to watch the progress of this diamond in the rough.
