This beautiful Farmhouse has a brand new family in it. My Sellers could not be more happy with who ended up with their home. This home originally came on the Market in February and right out of the gate, we got 4 offers. After going further into the escrow timeline, the Buyers ended up Cancelling. We went Back on the Market and received 3 offers. After some negotiating, we landed on the perfect offer for my Sellers.
