Buzz Oates is proud to announce a new build-to-suit facility for California American Water at 700 Riverpoint Drive in West Sacramento. The single-story tilt-up facility totals 38,350 SF, including approximately 22,900 SF of office space and 15,450 SF of warehouse space. The facility will consolidate California American Water’s Northern California operations center, state headquarters, and Capitol Mall office into a single location. California American Water provides safe, clean, reliable and affordable water and wastewater services to approximately 720,000 people around the state, including in Yolo, Sacramento and Placer Counties.
