As a longtime financial supporter, it was a great opportunity to see firsthand how their operation works behind the scenes while giving back in a hands-on way. We learned the Food Bank serves more than 300,000 people each month, a powerful reminder of the ongoing need for volunteers and donations in our region. Our team members helped pack shelf-stable food for the “No Student Left Hungry” program, assembling 600 boxes for students across the Sacramento area, from elementary schools to community colleges. Together, we’re helping ensure hunger doesn’t stand in the way of learning.
