Craig Sheehy started Envision Real Estate Services in 2007 as he felt there was a growing and unmet demand for properties that are built or retrofitted to be resource-efficient and that are equipped with advanced energy saving technologies and have policies and programs in place to operate a High Performance Green Building. Envision Real Estate Services consults, owns, develops and operates high p

erformance green buildings. Green buildings are not only good for the environment they are also good for business. has become one of the largest LEED EB consulting companies in the United States with over 400 buildings and over 175 million square feet already certified and another 100 buildings and 30 million square feet of office space going through the LEED process. Craig’s background is Commercial Real Estate, where he is a CPM and has managed properties for over 25 years. He oversaw a $500,000,000 Green Fund for Thomas Properties Group where he was Director of Sustainability. Mr. Sheehy was Appointed Vice-Chair of Governor Schwarzenegger’s Real Estate Industry Leadership Council, where his role is incentivizing the private real estate sector into incorporating energy efficiency and green buildings into their projects. He is the Past President of BOMA Sacramento & BOMA Internationals Pacific Southwest Region and Past Chair of the BOMA BEEP program. Sheehy graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors Degree in Public Administration where he pitched for the Aztecs from 1980 – 1983.
