Is wondering what will help increase real estate supply levels?!?!? We need homes to sell...serious shortage in market. Does anyone have any insight as to the drivers of supply? Home builders are buying up land, cash investor purchases account for about 40% of sales, first time buyers are swarming in...what's to make of all this?!?!? What happens from here?
