ing down into Fair Oaks, I cherished my years as a Marauder at Jesuit High School. Homes near Jesuit in the American River and Arden Park area continue to be one of the hot tickets on a home tour. After receiving a Political Science degree at the University of San Francisco, I came back to my roots and became a home buyer when Elk Grove's newest development, Laguna Creek, stretched across Hwy 99. Although my wife grew up in Roseville & Citrus Heights, we wanted a newly developing community where we could raise our kids within the newly sought out Elk Grove School District. Instead of going to Law School, I choose a great career working for Pacific Telephone Company, which allowed me the overtime to support our 4 children. When they became teenagers, my wife and I decided to move the family to a larger home 20 miles east of Sacramento to Rancho Murieta. We loved living in a golf community that was surrounded by oak trees and wild deer. At this same time, I decided to start focusing on a new career. I went back to school and received my California Real Estate License. For the first few years, I focused on home loans and refinancing. After referring so many Real Estate transactions to other agents, I choose to immerse myself in that side of the business. Not only was this decision more lucrative, I found that having more control of the many facets of a home transaction can be a relief with regards to the time constraints! After building a home in Sutter Creek, we lived in the beautiful foothills for 13 years. Once our children started their own families, we yearned to be closer! We are extremely happy living in El Dorado Hills! After retiring from Elk Grove Unified School district, my wife joined me and became a licensed agent. Together, we continue to grow our business while never losing sight of each clients’ needs! We work for you and truly believe the road to success is paved by honesty, hard work and Christian values. Yes, Tom & I have been quiet regarding Real Estate, but we ARE still active Realtors. We continue to pride ourselves on providing the very best service for some of the lowest costs to our customers!

Why have Tom & I been silent when it comes to our profession? We feel truly blessed that we have enough. Financially. Emotionally. Physically. And, most importantly, we are blessed with love!

And, in today's suffering here on our American soil, it just didnt seem right to advertise.

Yes, we are currently being forced to live in a volatile environment, where the richest residents hold the power, pitting us against each other, where greed overshadows morality, fear causes chaos, self-righteousness blinds common sense and good-will appears as weakness.

But, what if we continue to fight for justice AND continue to better ourselves in the process? Maybe, making sound decisions to achieve financial gain is one of the keys to filling successful. And, by being successful, we put ourselves in a position to give back, or, at the very least, let go of the need to hoard. What if more people had more opportunities to feel productive? America, the land of opportunity.

Tom & I are amazed at the thousands who show up to rally and peacefully protest! Americans exercising their right to speak up! In fact, you might see us out on a street corner in the very near future. Change never happens unless people are made aware of the need!

So, again, yes, Tom & I are still Realtors! We will treat your money and investments as if they were our own!!! We continue to help people make informative choices in the Real Estate market. We don't claim to have a crystal ball, knowing exactly how the market will fluctuate, when to buy or sell, but we have experience. Tom's had over 20+ years of being licensed, plus we've bought & sold MANY of our own properties since the 1980's...that's over 40 years! Our personal Real Estate investments have been the biggest contributor to our portfolio. As we age, it is comforting to have a sense of security that either of us will be ok when the other is called from this earth.
