And just like that, Base Camp comes to a close! 🎉🔥

Day 3 wrapped up the summit with The Outfitter's Expo — where sponsors and home office support teams set up shop to showcase what they do best. 🛖✨ Giveaways, games, and great conversations made it the perfect way to connect with the vendors our teams work alongside every day. 🤝🎁

🏕️ BoaVida Base Camp Day 2: Growing Stronger Together

Day 2 came in hot with a full lineup from start to finish. 🔥

Tanisha Tucker kicked things off with a team building activity that had groups competing head-to-head for prizes — no shortage of friendly rivalry. 🏆 From there, David Basco led a budget training followed by a trivia challenge 🧠, and Kyla Novinger brought it home with a session on which reports to lean on for day-to-day success. 💪✅

We also took a moment to recognize some standout team members — shoutout to our Rookies of the Year, Rockstars of the Year, and Reputation MVPs for their outstanding performance! 🌟⭐👏

The night wrapped up at the BoaVida home office with office tours, food trucks, and good company under the stars. ⭐🚚

Day 1 brought the whole team together — an opening campfire with Eli Weiner, customer service training led by Chris Mott, and a peer panel hosted by Alysha Webster that brought some real talk from the field. 🔥
