Teri Blake / Realtor with Kirsten & John David Realty Group

Even before she became a realtor, her friends could tell you it was all she talked about. Style, structure, value, location, neighborhood services, schools—you name it—she is curious, and has a knack for finding just the right home for her clients. Seeing the faces of those she has helped to find their dream home! Teri sincerely enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, walking them through the steps, advocating on their behalf so they are informed and comfortable with the process. It could be because she has raised three children who are now successful adults buying their first homes, or maybe because she is an independent woman in mid-life helping others transition with life events such as downsizing the nest or upsizing to care for aging parents—which she is very familiar with. Teri cares about each and every one of her clients, and works hard to ensure they get the best results whether buying or selling their home. Teri has lived and worked in the Sacramento area for more than 30 years and is most familiar with Citrus Heights, Fair Oaks, Carmichael neighborhoods to name a few—but she also does not stop there and will find the right home at the right price in the right place for anyone who asks her. She has been a professional realtor, building a solid foundation with a good track record for success. She’s an active member of local real estate organizations, belongs to the Loyal Order of Moose, and is a member of Masonic family. Her style is down to earth, she is approachable, practical, and persistent with every endeavor. If you are looking for someone who will not give up, she is the realtor for you!
