✨Wander Wednesday✨

This week, wander over and drink some beer under the oaks at ! 🍻

It’s one of our favorite local spots here in Safety Harbor to grab a beer, listen to live music, and enjoy the nature that surrounds the space 😌

They have everything from sour beers to girl scout cookie inspired stouts to our go-to Harbor Lager. Plus, if you’re not into beer they have some wine options.

Food trucks are there once in a while and they have trivia on Wednesday’s! Super dog and child friendly and it’s a great spot to bike or ride your golf cart to if you can🚲

As you can see, the ambiance is perfect in their oversized beer garden, so what are you waiting for?! 🌿🐿

It’s been a little while since I’ve been on here, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself. ☺️

I’m Michaela, Caesar’s Mom🐕‍🦺, wife of a hard-working auctioneer👨🏼‍⚖️ & a passionate writer of all things real estate.

✨ 2021 was the year I decided to be my own boss and start Copy Meek! ✨

While it wasn’t a huge success right off the bat, I learned a lot by just taking that leap of faith.

It forced me to step outside of my comfort zone, meet new people, and make connections that I would otherwise have never had.

I plan to do even more of that in 2022! 🤗

Let’s make this year a year of growth, happiness, and kindness. 🤍

PS- yes, my shirt says “doodle mama” because I am a very proud Aussie doodle mom & adding Caesar to our family was the best part of our year, hands down! 😄🐶

Just made my monthly donation to Operation Underground Railroad ! I have always had an urge to help people somehow, and when I realized how prevalent child trafficking is in our world, I knew exactly where my efforts should go.

Wander into The Wild Iris Cafe in Dunedin for the best breakfast in town😋

Plus, who cute is their patio!? It’s the perfect ambiance to start your day off right! 😋

You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the avocado toast plus bacon and the bacado omelet were favorites at our table! 😋🥑

Plus, they have $5 mimosas on the weekends, delicious cold brew coffee, and other coffee drinks, and you’ll most likely see a cute dog or two. 🐶

🥺” Mom, is it the weekend yet?” -Caesar 🐶

Who’s as excited as Caesar is for Friday to be over? 🤣

He loves when my husband and I aren’t working, so he gets all the attention, playtime, and both of us are around all the time.

I’m looking forward to this weekend for a few reasons:

1. My Dad and stepmom get into town tonight from NY, and I’m excited to show them some new areas and places we like to go. 🤗

2. Tomorrow, we planned a full day, starting with breakfast in Dunedin, renting some e-bikes to travel up to Tarpon for the Sponge Docks Seafood Festival, then back down to Dunedin Wines the Blues. 🍷🦪

3. We’re going over to the beach Sunday to enjoy the soft sand and hopefully some sunshine. 🌞

I see it as you can make a difference in a persons life in the future with something that you do today.

How incredible is that?

🌻 As someone who has always wanted to help people somehow, I have decided to donate a portion of my profits to charity in hopes I can make a positive difference in another person's life.

How breathtaking is this home in Palm Harbor? 😍

Yesterday, I was exploring nearby where I’d hopefully be living and came across this stunning residence in Crystal Beach.

My husband and I put in an offer at a home in a neighborhood nearby and unfortunately got beat out by what the Realtor said was “an aggressive offer with a time constraint.”

We offered well over asking because we loved this home and were extremely disappointed to find this out.

We’re assuming it was a cash offer.

Oh well. Everything happens for a reason, I guess, even in this tough market!

✨ Wander Wednesday ✨

Another Charleston shoutout because this place was AMAZING! Wander into for a meal you won’t soon forget.

The menu is updated daily based on what’s fresh, and they use locally-sourced ingredients! 🤍

As you enter into the Queen Anne-style building restored with columns and Victorian detail, you’ll appreciate its sophisticated, rustic ambiance throughout, making for the ideal Charleston dining experience.

My friends and I split a bunch of dishes so we could try as much as possible, and everything we had was delicious.

That being said, if they have pimento cheese on the menu when you go, get it! 🤤

They also have a beautiful patio, porch seating, and a gorgeous bar.

Definitely make a reservation here if you ever plan a trip to Charleston! 😍
