Oh man, yesterday was National Punctuation Day... I can't believe I missed it. If I could add something to the standard punctuation, it'd be the interrobang! (‽) It combines a question mark and exclamation point and represents a question asked in an exclamatory manner like, "What are you doing‽" This could definitely add a new layer of interest to a lot of novels!
