😢WHY OH WHY is Occupied Staging still misunderstood and under-utilized to help sellers hit their target price?
💰If it’s about the $, you are RIGHT, staging is about 💵, making more of it for sellers so they have more for their next home.
💡It does not cost a lot to stage…I don’t make tons of money doing this, but YOU could on your sale
📖Occupied Staging uses what you have, and brings in what you need, solely for the benefit of selling stronger, end of story.
💡Again, it does not cost
an 💪🏼and a🦵…where did that idea come from anyway?
🕰 If it’s about the time factor, you are RIGHT, better looking homes draw more buyers into them, sell more quickly, and sellers get out faster which saves them carrying costs.
😝If it’s about the hassle, you are RIGHT, It’s less hassle for sellers and Realtors to list a home that looks better than the comps because there’s less negotiating about lowering the price
🖼 Show buyers what you WANT them to see, not what you “wished” they saw, or how the seller sees it.
🖼You have an opportunity to show them a fabulous future home, not a home that sellers are over and too exhausted to see objectively
