We live in the Great Pacific Northwest, we deal with an average precipitation level of 36 inches. Ensuring that your foundation is not having moisture introduced into it is key to protecting your home. Simply adding a v***r barrier or encapsulating the foundation is not enough. You want to ensure that all of the water drains away from your home.
