Well… after a long, and “interesting” (I’m being nice) process, we have finally finished the lifting process. Structural beams are all in place, columns poured, and we are now ready for the next steps. Hopefully within the next couple weeks we will be full steam ahead with getting the plumbing done, garage closed in, stairs built, concrete poured, and much much more. Pray for us- lol We need this part to go way smoother than the last 8 months.

I’ve wondered what the house would look like finished, and so I trusted Ai would work for me, and it did. Not exactly sure of the plan yet, but these give at least pretty solid ideas. What do you think?

Well I’ve had a lot of people ask how the house is going so I figure now I’ll just give an update. The house still sits at 4.5ft. Footers were poured in Feb, and second lift should have happened 10 days after that. Until… we had massive cracks throughout the slab in the addition, which then led to damages inside. We have been patiently waiting for answers and have continued to get a runaround. This process is nothing that we expected. (Shocker) Even after trying to reach out to the owner. It’s such terrible business to not be transparent and communicate with your customers. I wish I had better news… this has actually been devastating. I will update again once something changes. Pray for us. 💙

Tuesday Update: House at 1st lift full height! 😍 Lots of work to be done over the couple weeks, and then next lift will be to the full height reaching around 11ft! 💙

Absolutely insane! 4:00 update- lifted about 28 inches so far!

Well…. Here we go! We made it down in time to watch the lift process start!!!! By the end of the day today, the house will be 4ft off the ground! Some things have to happen in between the 4ft lift and finishing it to the final 11ft. That should happen in less than 2 weeks!
Some of these pics were after the first 7inches! I will post more more by the end of the day!
