This was a basement of the 70s with 2 tone paneling dark ceiling a lil bar area and no carpet, We up dated with sheetrock LED lighting painted the ceiling moved duct work up. Took old bar out of there put drop down ceiling in some areas. In bathroom we built walls to seperate laundry room tore walls down moved electrical added floor, trimmed, vanity, and drop ceiling .

This is a big part of remodeling a basement getting duct work closer to the ceiling so you dont bang your head. Floor to ceiling clearance went from 5'9 to 6'4 finished.

Here is a deck and roofed future 4 season porch ,comes with fireplace, ceiling fan, harth and tv outside oh and a big deck, we were waiting for the stone to go unto chimney.

We took out some big windows out and replaced them with Anderson windows, very heavy windows in Maplewood MN
