👌🏻In my 39th year👌🏻

Last week I celebrated 39 with Italian food, lots of wine and some of my very best friends. This year has been amazing, and also very hard. I’ve had the very best year professionally - hitting an all-time record in my real estate sales business, and working with some of the finest clients a person could ask for. Personally, I’ve found new hobbies, made peace with just being rather than empire building, and made more mental and physical space for my family and baby girl than I’ve had in a while. I’ve also struggled in the last few months. Not everything is roses but I’m keeping my grace, remaining open, and working on myself.

While I approach this last year of my 30’s I’m trying to enjoy myself, my people, and my life as much as I can. Presence and joy are the themes. Thank you all for the well wishes and support. You are loved and I am thankful.

Couldn’t love how this came together for my clients more.

Helping our clients find and purchase this Lino Lakes lake home was one of my favorite things this year. This couple came to us to find a lake home 2 years ago (and even got one under contact) but the timing wasn’t right so we helped them back out.

Fast forward to this spring when we started looking at homes again “just for fun”. Fun found them the perfect dream lake home for their family.

And we negotiated one hell of a deal for them coming in $20k under asking (in this market!) and getting them a brand new sewer/ water hook up for free. We were also able to create a smooth plan to sell their current home (over asking) and transition time (10 days of FREE rental) for them to get work done at the new home before moving.

Not only were they able to move seamlessly up market into the lake home of their dreams, but we made it possible for them to net out with $60k in their pockets. Tell me a better end to a story.

This fantastic Pratt rambler in Vadnais Heights was the first in a 3-home stacked closing last week. Knowing our sellers needed to sell this home so they could close on their dream lake home meant the listing strategy had to be flawless.

Starting with a pricing strategy that would ensure multiple offers and max leverage, we then used this leverage to carefully craft their exit plan and make their transition as smooth as butter.

Not only did we sell their home for over asking in under a week, but we negotiated for them to remain in the home more than a week after closing (rent free!) allowing them time to move out at their own pace.

We also crafted a strategy that made sure there wasn’t a list of repairs requested after inspection so we could mend their past inspection anxiety and keep their profit as high as possible.

There’s so much more than just marketing involved in selling a home. Using pricing and urgency to put your sellers into the driver seat, you can make their whole transaction something they loved rather than just endured.

There are excellent agents out there, but it’s not always obvious to consumers what makes a difference. We’re to proud of the work we do and wish our absolutely amazing clients the very best.

Get to know more about me! There’s a lot about my life and career that I’m proud of, this is just a highlight reel:

1. I’m a licensed (full-time) real estate Broker in WI + MN and have been for 10 years.

2. I’m the youngest female developer in MN (and I’ve been written about a few times - link in my bio)

3. I’m a licensed General Contractor, have flipped homes (doing much of the work myself), and have worked for a few major home builders

4. I’ve worked with more than 500 clients over the last decade and I’ve built 60 homes on land I developed. I have experience most Realtors do not as I specialize in lake homes, land, and new construction. I’ve worked transactions that involve mineral rights, easement issues, TIF financing, investors, foreign buyers, and commercial clients.

5. I’m a wine lover with a special place in my heart for CA wine. I recently joined the Confrerie Du Sabre D’or (a group that’s into opening champagne with swords) 🍾

6. I’m a Board member of the St. Paul Association of Realtors

550,000 buyers plan to jump back into the market when rates hit 6%.

The market is changing and competition is increasing. Most people wait until it’s obvious, smart ones act before the flood.
