Three generations called this house their home. It was an honor to serve the family as they said goodbye to a treasured place filled with memories. That said, it was also filled with three generations of stuff and after we made a gameplan my Seller got to work and got it done. We found just the right buyer the first weekend on market. I have a new listing in the Diamond Lake neighborhood in South Minneapolis. It sits on a block where you can tell the homeowners care - vibrant gardens and visible updates everywhere. We enjoyed July and the highlight was certainly our annual trip to Madeline Island with all the Grandmas and Papas. The kids just love the beaches there and I always savor being around Lake Superior.
