A few years ago good friends interviewed Bobby to sell their stunning waterfront Pink Streets mansion. A year later they hired our team to help them buy a home in the Broadwater neighborhood (hitting the market next week!). We are thrilled that they trusted our team once again to help them buy this gorgeous home! We can’t wait to see how they make it their own!

This home sustained flood damage during Hurricane Helene. The owners decided it was time to part ways with it and hired us to help them sell it. From what we’ve been told, the new owners plan on elevating it! Congrats to our sellers for selling a damaged home in a challenging market, and congrats to the new owners!

“I cannot sing the praises of Bobby Poth and his team at Mainframe loud enough. After two years of looking on both Florida coasts (including serious flirtations with both Pompano Beach and Venice Beach), we fell in love with the Clearwater/St. Petersburg. Bobby came highly recommended to us by another realtor, but we really didn’t know anything about him. From our first conversation, he seemed to “get us.” He wasn’t just interested in all the usual things, but he clearly wanted to identify what we needed to thrive and find joy. The materials that he prepared for our search were superlative…complete, organized, and well researched. We spent 2.5 days crisscrossing the two cities, taking in Bobbie’s “masterclass” on the area (he is a native of St. Pete, which really helped us). We ultimately found a place that was perfect. We aren’t experienced with real estate, but Bobby carefully walked us through the buying process, so it was far less daunting. Everything seemed to be moving along perfectly.
