Some closings just hit a little closer to the heart. Today, we officially handed over the keys to a home that has been in my client’s family since her grandmother built it back in 1966. Selling a piece of family history is never easy, especially when you’re managing it from states away in Minnesota, but this journey was about so much more than just a real estate transaction.

We navigated a true emotional rollercoaster together. Because her late husband passed away a decade ago without a will, we had to navigate the complexities of probate involving four additional heirs. It was a sensitive, high-stakes situation that required a lot of patience, late-night phone calls, and steady hands to keep everything on track.

Despite the hurdles, the market spoke loud and clear. Within just a few days, we received 8 incredible offers. We ultimately went with an all-cash, no-inspection bid that allowed us to close today—just two short weeks after going under contract.
