Let’s talk about showings! 🏡 When selling your home, first impressions are everything, and that starts with making buyers feel comfortable enough to imagine themselves living there!

The most important rule of etiquette is for owners to vacate during showings; buyers often feel like intruders when the seller is present, which prevents them from truly exploring the space.

It is also vital to clear away any “deal-breakers” that can ruin the vibe or cause safety concerns. I actually had a recent showing where a weapon 🔫 was left right on the dining room table, which immediately shifted the focus from the home’s features to a feeling of unease!!
