This week I've been sharing what I've been building and why I decided to build it.

When I started thinking about who I wanted beside me, experience mattered.

But character mattered even more.

I wasn't looking for people to simply help me sell homes.

Wanting to start a new journey in Ohio, this PA couple had their Agent reached out one Sunday night in July. Not knowing the area, we spent 2 days touring "The Valley" together and sending them on "field trips" to get a feel for the area and to find their perfect fit. On their second trip to Ohio, they found their dream home. A place where they can see themselves settling in and becoming part of the community. Well, today we closed on that home and they could not be more excited! Their dream of coming to Ohio has now become a reality! So thankful to have been a part of this journey. With so much that our area has to offers, I'm looking forward to hearing about all the new discoveries they make!

I acquired these fun out-of-state buyers as a referral because of a review from a previously pleased client! We attacked the process hard! Not being from around here, we toured the area, I learned what they liked, and I sent them on field trips so they had the opportunity to enjoy our valley. In no time they settled on a community where they could really see themselves becoming apart of. In two visits to Ohio and many showings later, we found the perfect home.
