Eugene! Check out this sure-to-be-awesome sandwich pop-up this weekend 👇🏼

Ben Maude is always working on some kitchen mischief and doing sandwich pop ups has long been in the works.
We are going to be serving some killer sandos this weekend from 4-7 or until sold out.
Tiny menu but it should offer something for everyone.

Porchetta sandwich: local bread, handmade Porchetta sliced thin, arugula, pickled red onions, capers, and stracciatella.

Broccolini sando: local broccolini oven roasted with lemon and garlic, pistachio, balsamic vinegar reduction, stracciatella, and arugula.

Salem folks:

I have a booth at Oregon Ag Fest this weekend at the fairgrounds.

I am going to be hosting a raffle (free entry), featuring products/services of local businesses. If any local businesses are interested in donating a gift card or some type of item I can include in a basket, or a service, please reach out!

I will definitely make sure to shout your business out on my upcoming posts about it, as well as hype you up at the booth when people enter the raffle.

Hope to see some of you there! It's a great event. I've been going since I was a kid. My dad used to run the Kettle Foods booth they used to do :) anyone remember digging for spuds at the Ag Fest back in the day? 🥔 :D
