Yesterday we continued our efforts to deliver small care packages to our tenants not feeling well including those facing challenges finding hard to get items and/or ways to leave the house to get items of any kind. ๐๐๐งปโค๏ธ
We have a ton of creative ways to help you and your neighbors stay home, stay healthy and possibly even save a little money....

If you rent from us and want to communicate with neighbors in your building donโt forget to use the community tab in the tenant portal. You can create public discussions to talk about anything collectively. Some tenants are using the community tab to share/swap/barter household items like our parents did back in the day. Some are using it to let others know who has toilet paper in stock and who has the best deals on groceries including coupons of the week. The possibilities for the community tab are endless - check it out!
If you rent from us and feel financially stuck - give us a call. Weโre not financial advisors but we definitely have some good tips and suggestions on how you could tweak the budget to make life a little less $tre$$ful. Late fees have been waived until further notice and we have special plans for those who lost their job(s) due to the coronavirus. For everyone else struggling due to the ripple effects of the virus we have your back too. Reach out and weโll do our best to help you figure it out ๐
If you donโt have the โresident centerโ app you should get it! Itโs waaaay faster than the web portal and does a lot of cool stuff. If you donโt have our text only number let us know so we can sign you up for texting - weโre fast to reply.
The tenant portal is the best way to keep conversations all in one place and weโre quick to reply. Most of you already use it and know how useful it is especially now that things are more hectic than normal. We typically return portal messages, text and phone messages in 15-30 minutes between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm. Reminder: the maintenance emergency line is extension 2 and yes, weโre still repairing things when they break based on priority and guidelines outlined by health officials.
In the last month weโve helped tenants find ways to get creative before things became more difficult and weโre still hustling every day to make sure they stay successful during these challenging times.
On a final note, does anyone know where we can get more hand sanitizer? Asking for a friend....about 4,028,977 of them.
