Fellow Realtors, do you know not to click on links sent to you by others? Particularly Zoom links? I knew that but wanted to test out a "buyer" who was letting me send them a link. I'm rusty on initiating (did it often during Covid with homeschoolers) but finally sent a valid link that was being tested with the help of a co-worker. The buyer was quick to suggest their own link when I told them I couldn't see them in the meeting. Crickets after I told them it was a tested, working link. Be careful out there! SCAMS everywhere! For Sale By Owner folks may not know what to look out for. Realtors do so much behind the scenes work!!! Let me be that person for you!
