Pretty sad when they have to put 2 feet of gravel under the footing to solidify the ground to build, the whole development is on top of wetlands!!!!

If your building a home in this development, beware, they are barely putting your footing in the native ground, which is topsoil, not solid ground, the development is full of springs, houses will settle and have issues!!!!!!

Built on wetlands, clay brought in as fill for road, not compact, fill brought in for front of houses, not compacted, road already has sink holes!!
