🏡 Waiting for mortgage rates to drop? You may want to rethink that strategy.
A lot of buyers are sitting on the sidelines right now, hoping mortgage rates will fall significantly before they make a move. But current forecasts suggest rates may remain in the low-to-mid 6% range through 2027.

Sometimes the better question isn’t, “When will rates come down?”
It’s “What options are available to make the numbers work for me today?”
If buying a home is on your radar, let’s talk through the possibilities and see what makes sense for you. 🏠🔑
