Demolition of the 1950’s concrete is underway to make way for a brand new storefront and retail space at Empire Row. The new storefront will match the original 1906 front that was demolished many years ago!

A brand new staircase is being poured to the basement beneath the row homes—one step closer to bringing this project to life (see what we did there 😉?).

We never dreamed so many of you would LOVE this historic piece so much! Due to so much interest, we thought we should share a closer look. This piece will be a focal point in the shared patio space of all the row homes. We plan to decorate it with lush, green foilage!
