Chocolate Royale was an absolute blast & I am so grateful to everyone who got dressed up and came out!

Casino games, incredible food, amazing people, fun prizes, and the best part—every dollar raised went directly to The Utah Parent Center to support Utah families of children with disabilities and special needs right here in our community. A fun success & great excuse to get out :)

If you missed it this year, I have two words for you: BOOTS AND BLING. Thats all I can say for now but next year is going to be bigger and better! You won’t want to miss it!

Hypermobility (hEDS) is a wild ride. My joints have a mind of their own, Some days I feel like a professional athlete; other days I just feel... loose & janky…

The right combination of my boring PT exercises every day, LIGHT stretching, & cold plunge therapy is what generally keeps me on track each week. It’s about being a professional problem solver for my own body first & then I’m able to stand tall for my clients and my Wife.

So grateful for the strength I’ve built lately in the face of an extremely difficult challenge in my life. I’ve even been able to start lifting some weights again in my routine which is very exciting for me 💪

I’ve realized lately that health isn’t a one-size-fits-all game like I used to think. Everyone seems to have a different makeup, different struggles. It’s not always easy, but now it’s all about management, finding what makes me perform at my peak.

Are interest rates freaking you out with everything going on in Iran?👀

You’re not alone—but here’s what most buyers in Salt Lake City & the Wasatch Front real estate market don’t realize…

👉There are STILL opportunities in every market.

I sat down with my mortgage guy Danté (local lender here in Utah) and we broke it down:

• Rates going up doesn’t automatically mean “wait” perspective is everything.
• Every buyer situation is different (income, goals, timeline)
• And most importantly… you can negotiate your rate lower! 🤯

💡Example:
A lot of buyers don’t know this—
You can negotiate seller credits and use them to buy your rate down (discount points)

👉 Rough rule of thumb:
~$10,000 in credits from the seller ≈ could lower your rate by 0.5% - depending on the loan product & the cost of points.

That can make a BIG difference in your monthly payment!

In today’s Salt Lake City / Utah housing market, strategy matters more than timing.
