As a broker and an attorney, Mary combines her legal experience and passion for real estate to bring you a first-class selling and/or buying experience. Her negotiation skills, in-depth contract knowledge & meticulous attention to detail make her an excellent advocate for her clients. Mary also enjoys spending time giving back to her community. She serves as President of the PTSA at Blackwell Elementary, Secretary of her HOA and helps to run a local, weekly, free 5K (Perrigo parkrun). When Mary is not working or volunteering, you will find her spending time with her husband and two children (Seby (10), Eden (7)), hanging out at baseball fields, basketball courts, softball fields and soccer fields cheering on Seby & Eden. You will also find her out running on the many wonderful trails that the Eastside has to offer and participating in many local running races. Teresa began her career in California selling wholesale mortgages for a major lender. Her years of experience as an account executive structuring complex loans gives buyers an advantage in the highly competitive Seattle market. Now in Kirkland, she loves working directly with clients and helping them find their perfect home. She is an expert in the ins-and-outs of various neighborhoods and school districts in both Seattle and the Eastside. She serves as Treasurer on her local girl scout troop. Teresa is also a Master Gardener and really enjoys sharing her skills & teaching others about sustainable gardening. Teresa is also an advocate for wildlife & supporting a natural eco-system to combat loss of plant & animal species. Teresa enjoys spending time hiking on our fabulous trails with her husband, daughter (Ada (8)), & dog Choco.
