An out of state buyer hired us to inspect a new construction home he was having built in San Antonio. When we arrived to the home we discovered that the plumbers had improperly routed all plumbing drain lines in the foundation. The home was 90% complete and the newly installed tile In the kitchen and all bathrooms were cut into to do the repairs. This is a prime example of why phase inspections are extremely important when building a home. This homes’ plumbing was passed and given the green light by the city! Unfortunately our client backed out of the home and eventually found another builder.
