May I share something with you? These are the stories that make you all warm and fuzzy inside.
A few months ago the owners of this home reached out to me to help them sell their property that they had been in for many years. They previously tried to sell it in 2018 but were not able to and remained in the home since.
Begrudgingly, Mr. Seller was gearing up for another difficult process and hassle of listing, accommodating showings and his only goal was to walk away from the closing without having to bring money to the table. It was actually hard to contain my excitement since I KNEW he was going to walk away with much more than that!
Once these clients were ready, the Schertz Cibolo Home Team worked at lightning speed to get the home on the market and ready for buyer's to view. After one weekend with over 50 showings, we were able to review 23 offers with the sellers.
Two weeks later we closed on this home an the seller's received much more that they ever thought possible.
To us it doesn't matter what price a home can sell for, but it's about finding out how we can meet and exceed the goals of our clients because we know how life changing a result like that can be. We're so happy we were able to get this done for our clients and we would love to help get these results for many more clients in our community.
