Bitter Sweet ending and onto new beginnings…

I sold my client/friends home. It was in need of some repair however, it had been their home for 36 years. THE HOME was super cute and cozy, but it was time to move onto bigger and better adventures.
As they were signing the papers and closing on their home, there were some tears that were shed. I’m sure this home holds many beautiful memories over the many years it was lived in.
Tomorrow we will close on their new home, where it will be the start of a new life and a start of beautiful new memories!
Thank you so much to my friends for putting their trust in me in such important decision-making choices. We did it we got it sold.
Tomorrow starts a whole new chapter!
