Sorry I have been M.I.A., had some personal family issues going on. My mother passed away mid December and I was living with my dad, who has dementia. We have everything settled now and dad is taken care of and doing well.

I’m ready to jump back into RE and would love to hear what’s going on with my WREIN sisters? I’ve got 2 projects, 1 working on for a while & the 2nd trying to get things cleared up to close.

Had an inspection done and came back great, it’s move in ready. Built in 1973 and needs some updating but could definitely rent as is. Contact me for any info.

Yay we made it to Friday! 🙌🏼 What does your work week look like? For me, I got a new listing that will go live Monday, a new rental I’m managing that is going live on Monday, trying to find financing on a property (a 1.2 acre lot) I’ve got under contract and working with a lawyer on a property I closed in March 2023 and sold in October 2023 to only find out before closing that I do not have a clear title.🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ It’s been a week. 😬 Hope everyone has a great weekend!
