Today marks 4 years in the Real Estate Business! 4 years from when I decided to take a chance on myself and dive into the great unknown! 4 years of earning your trust, celebrating your wins, and being part of something so special with all of you in this Real Estate world and with my clients who have become friends. Feeling thankful on this Friday for Heather and John from Pinnacle Foundation Repair San Antonio!

I had have know Heather for quite some time now and when something comes up that’s in her wheelhouse, I call - AND she and her team answers! They show up, they communicate well, they take care of you and your people and let you know that what you’ve got going on matters to them enough to analyze and treat the situation with prompt and solid service.

This company is one that I’m proud to have in my circle for my business because I trusted them to take care of my personal home. They did my foundation work last summer for me and as things change, in this case, something came up with my plumbing that we are figuring out, she and John came just to make certain that it had nothing to do with the foundation - which thank goodness it doesn’t.

We’ve been on the search for awhile for the house that they were supposed to find and patience was the key here to get what they really wanted…but we found the RIGHT one! 🤩

This closing and process was so personal to me, as all my closings are, but this one more so because I got to help my parents find their forever 🏡🥹!

This La Vernia 3/2.5, with an office is such a BEAUTY! There’s no backyard neighbors or neighbors to the right, it has a big amazing shop, and is in a beautiful neighborhood with no HOA! I’m thrilled to see what life looks for them out here and grateful to be their Realtor and part of it all!

It’s not often you have someone call you and say, “I’m selling my house, I want to build a new one from the ground up in this neighborhood, I know the plot and floor plan I want and you’re my girl, when can we start?!”.

That kind of phone call is every realtors dream, but this one meant so much to me because of WHO was calling me to trust me with this huge part of her life. 🥹

When your friends call you and ask you to help them with the sell of something so precious to them - this home, the one she’s made so many memories in with her families, the one she built an outdoor oasis for her and her family to enjoy everyday, the one she’d love for many years, you can’t help but take it personally and want to do everything in your power to take care of them. 💜

WHAT A JOURNEY! Though it ended joyously and how we planned, this sale & buy had road bumps along the way, just like all real estate deals do, and she trusted me - the whole time to help navigate us through in the most efficient and profitable way. I’m so grateful for that trust, it means so much to me!

Through I loved the parties I got to experience in the old house, I’m so stoked to be a part of some of the new memories in the new ones! Wait til I can share some of the upgrades she’s made to this new house 🤩🤩🤩!

Last Friday - Officially listed & live!
This Monday - Officially under contract!
Moral of the story - Real Estate is movin' & shakin'. This one had 3 full days on the market & we had a contract in hand by the 4th! Create a plan, price it correctly, & follow through with the plan before listing.
