This is what it is like when you have leads come in from other sources 😂

They want questions answered, but their agent they are working with doesn't answer their texts or calls, I don't mind honestly, but it is comical when you ask why they are reaching out to other agents and their answer is they can never get a hold of their own agent.. BUT they continue to work with them.

FIND A REAL ESTATE AGENT THAT HAS GOOD COMMUNICATION!

Also, for buyers out there, don't be fooled. If you use a real estate agent it is at no cost to you what so ever. The agents commission comes from the listing brokerage! Don't give up free help!

Late Post, but CONGRATULATIONS to my clients Erron and Michia Farrow on closing their first home! I had the pleasure of helping this veteran couple from beginning to finish on a brand new KB home build. I have to commend them on the patience they showed to KB homes in house lender because boy did they give them a run around until the final minute. It was not a very easy process, but all that matters is their family now has somewhere to call home that is theirs! I couldn't be happier for their family!
