Some say driving for dollars is a lost art, we believe there are multiple ways to secure the right deal and that often requires physically visiting the property. When possible always go and see properties you are interested in or reach out to a trusted person in the area to go look for you. Buying sight unseen can yield great results and or create very expensive consequences. A few members of KJET were out and about this week looking for potential projects to acquire so we can help increase the the curb appeal of the neighborhood by taking an eyesore vacant home and giving it a much needed update.
A few things to remember to consider:
1. Do your research
2. Have a strategy in place, Flip, Buy and Hold, BRRRR, Wholesale
3. Check the neighborhood
4. Check comps
5. Does it have Liens or Back Taxes
6. Contact the owner if possible
