FYI For anyone looking at new builds in Pleasanton. I’m working with a builder right now who’s offering my buyers 4.99% interest rates on 30 year mortgages. 3.5% down FHA loans in a subdivision with no HOA. That’s huge considering federal FHA rates are hovering around 6% right now. Call me if you want to look at homes, this particular neighborhood starts in the $350,000’s and goes up as high as around half a million. It’s a nice neighborhood. I do work with other builders so not tied to them. I just wanted to let you all know about their interest rate because it’s lower than the national average today.

My new listing magazine will be sent off for printing Monday morning! When you list your property with me, I am not just "setting a sign in your yard and taking pictures with an iPhone". I am disrupting my local market by setting a new standard for Listing Real Estate in the Atascosa County area. Long gone are the days of mediocracy and phone pictures.
