I was fortunate to attend the 2025 Compass Retreat on Denver Colorado last week. I felt right at home with colleagues across the nation who are doing their clients at the highest caliber. The keynote, Will Guidara, was probably the best I've heard. Between his speech and the first session I attended, I have been deep and diving into my processes. I met so many amazing agents this past week, and I have come home inspired and motivated. I couldn't have attended without the help behind the scenes of my wonderful sister in law Brandy who helped with the older kids and Travis's aunt Shirley. The best thing, and I'm truly so fortunate, was having Travis go with me to be Ben's travel buddy. This kid was living his best youngest child life!
