I get it, it’s a huge commitment buying a home. But, once you make that decision, just roll
with it, unless something shows up during inspection, trust yourself (and your realtor 😊).

The real estate market fluctuates, just like any market. The cool thing about real estate is that it’s ALWAYS on an upward trend as long as you look at it as a long term investment. Have you ever met someone that purchased a house back in 1960 for $30k and held onto it for 30 years say the regret buying it? The only regrets I hear are from people that didn’t buy! There will Be ups and downs, but remember to look at the long term gains. Call me, let’s get you invested!

Are you waiting for the housing market to crash or the bubble to pop? Well, I can’t predict the future, but if you look at the past, you might learn a thing or two. We are not dealing with the same issue we were back in 2007/2008. Lenders were over lending and lending to people that should NOT have been qualified. The truth is, the supply is just not keeping up with the demand. If you are waiting for the right time to buy, it’s always now. Buy when you are ready, not when you think the market is perfect. Call me, I will help you through it. But, if it really isn’t the right time for you NOW, we can just be friends and we will get you a house when you ARE ready 😊
