Today, my Tia became a homeowner!!! 🏠 🔑 ♥️ yes, WE said yes to the address 🤪 as her niece you bet your buttons my say so mattered 😜
God is so good. 🙌🏽
She did it with boldness, strategy, and grace. We closed in 21 days, 7 day option period (technically done in 5) secured $10K in concessions, got her cash back at closing, and locked in a full home warranty. Favor and faith all over this deal.
