Building a business based on personal referrals doesn’t necessarily bring in a crazy amount of closings per year, but it allows me to get to know each client and treat them as more than just a number on a yearly goal sheet.

These sellers came to me as a referral from her parents, who I have done 3 real estate transactions with!
