Maralyt Villalpando - Realtor I was born in Oklahoma and raised in San Antonio, I have a great understanding of the city and what it offers to families, businesses, and individuals.

I take great pride in my community and love sharing my knowledge with everyone I work with. Prior to actively selling real estate, I attended UTSA and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance and Development. While attending UTSA I started 'Sweet Endings Gifting Co.', where I serviced the real estate industry by providing closing gifts & client care gifts. I also moved to Laredo, Texas while at UTSA and helped with the launch of Keller Williams Laredo (the VERY FIRST KW office in the city!) and served as the market center administrator. I'm currently a REALTOR at The Villalpando Network - Keller Williams. Our team is a family business and you could say this is in my blood... both my parents are brokers and have been in the industry for over 20 years.
