There is a new Beer Garden in town and it looks awesome! Camp 1604 is an indoor/outdoor beer garden with craft beer, yard games, tether ball, axe throwing, archery, and more. Located in Northwest San Antonio by The Rim. Has anyone checked this place out yet?!

The San Antonio Market Stats are in!

According to SABOR, homeownership transactions are continuing to move forward in the SA area. There was only a 1% decrease in homes sold compared to December 2020. The average home sales price rose 15% to $363,075 and the median home price increased 19% to $311,000. The month closed with 2,784 new listings and 2,642 pending sales.
