They don't call me the matchmaker for nothing! Not only am I great at helping pinpoint the right area and home for your needs, but I am looking for all the things you may not be off the top of your head. Think your 5 senses- What repairs can I already see with my bare eyes? What road or community noise (or just plain peace and quiet) can be heard? Does it feel hot or cold when it shouldn't? Are there any odors that stand out? And do the cookies taste store bought or homemade? KIDDING on that one! 😂 If I am not with you when touring an open house, I will gladly remind you to remember to think of these things, too.
