🏡 Still haven’t received your property tax appraisal?

In Texas, appraisal districts don’t always send a Notice of Appraised Value.

➡️ If your property value didn’t change
➡️ Or increased by less than $1,000
…you may not get anything in the mail. And here in Bexar County Appraisal District, that’s exactly how it works.

⚠️ But that does NOT mean you’re off the hook.
You should still:
✔️ Check your property value online through your appraisal district
✔️ Review it for accuracy
✔️ Protest if needed

📅 Deadline to protest: May 15

Even if you didn’t receive a notice and your value didn't change, you still have the right to appeal.
