Not every blueprint is meant for you. I’ve seen cold calling work for some people and also not for many.

I may not do things the way everyone else does—and I’m okay with that.
That’s not my strategy, and it’s not my lane.

And even though I’m “self-employed,” doesn’t make me my own boss.
My diligence is owed to Jesus.

He leads, He directs, He calls every shot.
I’m just a vessel—and my only goal is to give Him all the glory in how I Serve.

And when you start to worry about how it will all unfold, remember—one thing about Jesus… He covers what He places inside of you.
Your calling isn’t meant to be sped up.
When we try to force it, we step into premature seasons.
But what He’s placed in you will always come forth in the right time.

CELEBRATING SKY!! 🎉

Funny story—I first met Sky at a rental property while she was looking to make the move from an apartment into a home. I asked her how she felt about buying, and she shared that she wasn’t sure what she could qualify for and knew she needed a little credit guidance.

From there, I walked her through the process, connected her with Kasey and his team to strengthen her credit, and with Ernest at Rev Mortgage to get her fully pre-approved.

She was already qualified in more ways than she realized—She had the job, the income, and the foundation… she just needed the right guidance to bring it all together!

And now… today she is officially a homeowner. 🙌🏽🏡✨

this is exactly the kind of leadership I prayed for… a man who seeks God before making any kind of moves & submits all his plans before Him.

he honors the calling God has placed on my life and supports the work I’m building, carefully consulting with Jesus on how to move when it comes to ✨ daddy’s girl ✨ (’cause God’s a girl dad… in case you didn’t know!!).

“For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church.

as Donyae & I have transitioned into this new season and chapter in our marriage, I am called to cover him in prayer and submit to his leadership as we both trust in God for our future.

this is what building with God really looks like—having plans and dreams & inviting the Lord into them. we are trusting scripture and holding onto His truth.

and even if it doesn’t work out the way we wanted it to, we are still content with whatever God has for us because surrendering and submitting your plans to the Lord is letting go and truly saying, “Lord, let Your will be done.” wherever He sends us, we will follow.

our mission is greater than our wants and needs 🙏🏼

One thing I’ve learned from touring homes with my clients is how important that first impression really is.

When viewing homes, pay attention to how you feel the moment you walk in. That initial reaction matters more than people think! 👀

I value my clients’ time, so if it’s not there from the start, we don’t force it or try to convince ourselves. We simply move on to the next.

Real interest is what leads us to write strong offers 🔥
