This attic has both spray foam and traditional insulation. When insulation is added without considering how the roof was originally built, moisture can sometimes become trapped.

This looks fine... until you look at the attic ventilation.

The roof appears to have soffit vents, but no visible ridge vent or equivalent exhaust ventilation. Proper attic ventilation relies on balanced airflow. Without adequate exhaust, heat and moisture can remain trapped, which may affect the roof system over time.

🚨 This roof looks repaired... but that's exactly what concerns me.
