Hey People this is a website dedicated to all you people who are interested in wholesaling. I am currently working on creating a series of youtube videos where I will talk about my experiences when I started this almost two years ago. Since then I have done several deals and helped several homeowners in whichever way I could.
A little about myself. I used to work as a software engineer and have worked at many big name companies in the US and overseas. I am not knocking working in the corporate world, because for most people, it is a good way to make money, low risk, and you get to do something you enjoy, with a team of people who are also doing the same thing you do. I worked at it for several years, got married to a beautiful woman who was a success in her own field.
Fast forward, I soon realized that I wanted to do something more challenging, and I started several businesses. I was getting challenged now, had to wear several hats and over time I learnt how to run a business. But everything I started was seasonal, like being a tax preparer. I wanted to do something that I coud do all year round. A friend of mine told me to get into real estate, and immediately my first thought was to become a real estate agent. That involved having to get a license, and I did not want to study for long hours. Looked around, did a google search for real estate careers and found out about wholesaling, and Im still in this field and enjoying it.
It is my hope that this page will be a great platform for you to ask me any of your wholesale questions. You can also post your deals here, or try to find buyers or discuss anything wholesale related.
