🌿 Everyone needs a place that fills their cup.

For me, it's a garden center.

I love seeing all the colors, picking out flowers, and imagining how they'll transform a space over the summer.

It's a simple thing, but slowing down for a few hours and spending time outdoors always helps me recharge.

Living in the Hill Country has made me appreciate these little moments even more.

Some days are long. The miles add up, the windshield becomes your office, and home feels a little farther away than usual.

But as I drive into another Texas sunset, I’m reminded that every mile is worth it.

Every showing. Every phone call. Every contract. Every client who trusts me to help guide one of the biggest decisions of their life.

I never take that trust for granted.

One of my favorite stops in the Fredericksburg area is F&W's Das Peach Haus! 🍑

If you're looking for a fun Hill Country outing, this place is so much more than a peach stand. From homemade peach jams, cobblers, and ice cream to beautiful outdoor spaces, it's the perfect place to spend an afternoon with family or friends.

My daughter, grandkids, and I stopped by recently and enjoyed some of the best peach ice cream around while exploring everything they have to offer. There's even a peaceful lake where you can feed the fish, plenty of space to relax, and a sandwich shop if you'd like to sit down and enjoy lunch surrounded by nature.

What I love most is the atmosphere. The employees are friendly and welcoming, there's often live music, and you get to chat with both locals and visitors who are enjoying everything the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Whether you're filling your pantry with peach goodies, planning a weekend getaway, or simply looking for a family-friendly adventure, Das Peach Haus is definitely worth a visit.

1. A family searching for 10–25 acres in the Hill Country with a barn, riding arena, or room for horses. They prefer Fredericksburg, Comfort, or surrounding areas and are looking for privacy, mature trees, and usable land. Budget up to $1.5M.
2. Buyers looking for 3–8 acres with a newer home and beautiful Hill Country views. They want space for chickens, a garden, and outdoor living, and are open to properties throughout Comal, Kendall, or Gillespie County.
3. A family relocating from out of state searching for a luxury home with acreage, scenic views, a guest house/casita, and pool potential in Kerr or Gillespie County.
4. Hunters searching for recreational or hunting land with wildlife exemption potential. Looking for deer, turkey, privacy, and easy access from San Antonio in the Harper, Junction, or Fredericksburg areas.
