Another day in real estate… aka “why is it always the attic?!” 😅 and barefoot cause it was raining outside and we didnt want to get the carpet dirty! SMH 🤦‍♀️

Got my buyers under contract and somehow I’m the one volunteering as tribute to climb up there like… ma’am, I sell houses, I don’t fight insulation demons 😂

Not gonna lie—I paused at the top like, “If something moves, I’m out.”
